ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- All abstracts must be typed on the enclosed abstract form.
- Instructions must be strictly followed. Abstracts not conforming to the required format may be disqualified.
- Completed abstract forms must be received no later than 31th October 2009
- Abstracts must be written in English.
- Type the abstract title in BOLD using upper and lower case letters, and 10 point Arial or similar (serif) font.
- List all authors then list all affiliations. Use initials for first and middle names. The presenting author’s name should be preceded by an asterisk (*).
- When more than one author is listed, use superscript numbers to match authors and affiliations.
- Affiliations should be listed with city, state and country.
- Do not include degrees, street addresses, or zip/postal codes in the listing of authors and affiliations.
- Type the body of the abstract using 10 point Arial or similar (serif) font. The abstract should be typed single-spaced with one line of space between paragraphs.
- The abstract narrative should not exceed 300 words.
- Begin a new line for authors/affiliations.
- Do not indent paragraphs. The text must fit in the space provided.
- Use standard abbreviations and symbols and define each abbreviation when it is used for the first time.
- Tables and graphs, either computer-generated or neatly drawn in black ink, may be included if they fit within the space provided.
- All information on the Abstract Submission Form must be duly completed.
- All abstract must be submitted online and accompanied with a registration
- Faxed abstracts will NOT be accepted.
- Authors will be informed by early October whether their abstract have been accepted.
- Notification of receipt will be sent to the presenting author only.
